This program is designed to build strength from within by strengthening the foundational muscles that support your entire body. These muscles—commonly underdeveloped in women—directly affect stability, posture, performance, and long-term progression. The Bulletproof Method addresses the most common weaknesses women experience across every stage of life by strengthening the deep core, obliques, rectus abdominis, pelvic floor, postural stabilizers, glute max, glute med, hip flexors, and the small but essential muscles responsible for balance, alignment, and controlled movement. You will also train breathwork, core engagement, proprioception, mind–body awareness, and plyometrics to convert strength into functional power.
Though not the main focus, the program naturally supports injury prevention by reinforcing strength and alignment in the areas that protect your body most.
This program supports women in all stages—pregnant, postpartum, athletic, menopausal, or simply wanting a solid, powerful foundation. A full pregnancy-safe version is included, using movements that are friendly for every trimester. It is also ideal for postpartum rebuilding or preparing for pregnancy.
This is a 3-day-per-week program, adaptable to 1–2 days if needed.
