My name is Cecilie Lind, Founder of the Protein Kitchen I am a passionated health, fitness & lifestyle influencer from Denmark I have been into sports since I was a 5-year old kid, and held my first tennis racket in my hand. I played tennis for many years, but found my passion in fitness. I have always loved being active and cooking healthy. For me, the most important thing is to enjoy a healthy life and to have fun with it. My workouts vary a lot, because I love to do all kinds of workouts. I do functional-, performance-, crossfit-, bodybuilding, HIIT, Sprints-, plyometric workout and so on! I just love to move!
