We are two twins who embraced a journey toward health and balance, and we're excited to share it with you! Our past struggles with restrictive diets led to an eating disorder, but hitting rock bottom was our turning point. Seeking help was our game changer, helping us realize that food is nourishing, not an adversary. As two Division 1 College Basketball Athletes for the past 4 years, we've pushed ourselves to the limit in the gym and learned the RIGHT way to fuel our bodies to reach our peak!

Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means youโ€™ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. Thereโ€™s something for everyone โ€” regardless of equipment โ€” to help you get in shape.
