BRIDAL ARMS SCULPT CHALLENGE

20 Days | DB + Bands Only | Event Ready

A 20-day, at-home friendly, upper body sculpt challenge designed for:

• toned arms
• a tight back + snatched waistline
• sculpted upper-body

All with light weights, bands + strategic programming that enhances muscle tone without adding bulk. Core + optional cardio included!!

Equipment required:
 • light weights, 5-10 lb DBs (or weighted household items)
 • Light resistance loop band (or and old pair of leggings/t shirt)
 • Medium resistence loop band (or and old pair of leggings/t shirt)

Day 1 - Toned Back + Core
Day 2 - Shoulders + Sculpted Arms
Day 3 - Core + Conditioning
Day 4 - Back + Biceps Tone
Day 5 - Sculpt Burn + Core

*Note: No lower body movements included, as this is an Upper Body challenge. Users can pair with their own lower body days/workouts/classes.
