What started as a personal quest for transformation after having babies, quickly evolved into a profound love for bodybuilding. Over the years, I’ve competed in multiple bodybuilding shows, pushing my limits and embracing the challenges of this incredible sport. Each competition has been a milestone, showcasing the results of dedication, hard work, and perseverance. Balancing Family Life: Life is busy, especially with three amazing kids.     * Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) * Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide) * Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily * Consistency

    * 5 times per week * 1 day of active rest: When you rest you should still remain active. Play sports, go for a hike or a long walk * 1 full rest day
