Take advantage of a well deserved rest day, or if you have a foam roller handy, spend some time doing a little active recovery! Mobility: Using foam roller. Foam rolling releases muscle knots, relieves inflammation, and improves overall comfort. It can also increase your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility while boosting circulation and lymphatic flow. After you get through with this active recovery, please let me know how it went.
