Active Recovery: LISS + Mobility

5.0|15 min
Low-intensity steady-state (LISS) exercise refers to aerobic movement done at a moderate pace. Think brisk walking, light jogging, easy cycling, or hiking. Complete 20-40min. Mobility: Using foam roller. Foam rolling releases muscle knots, relieves inflammation, and improves overall comfort. It can also increase your range of motion, flexibility, and mobility while boosting circulation and lymphatic flow. After you get through with this active recovery, please let me know how it went. I love the feedback! 🤍Cate
