Oh yes, hello quadriceps! This muscle group does all the hard work and rarely gets any glory in the way of a deep stretch. Until today! 15 min stretches hit the quads and therefore the hip flexors too. It hurts so good!!

I couldn’t do the last pose, or grab my feet on another pose...yet. My quads are so so tight but this did help. I’ll keep at it!
