Optional: Clear wall space is helpful if we are working on going upside down, and 2 yoga blocks are always great tools to have!
I can’t get into my goal pose. What am I doing wrong? Remember, getting the goal pose is not necessarily the point! Do your best and keep practicing. Otherwise, shoot me a message here or on Instagram @catvaladezyoga and I’ll troubleshoot it with you!
I am new to yoga. Is this program for me? This program is not recommended for beginners. Some foundational knowledge of basic poses and transitions is best.
