Is this good for beginners?
All classes are for all levels of practitioners, but will be more useful to people who have been practicing yoga for a little while (weeks/months) already.
What equipment do I need?
A yoga mat, space to practice, maybe 2 yoga blocks and an eager, open mind!
What if I miss a day?
That’s okay! Take the next day’s class the next time you practice. It helps to decide on a certain time of day to do this every day so you get into the routine and make time for yourself.
What results can I expect?
You will have a solid understanding of how to marry flexibility and strength together at the same time in your yoga practice, how to create stability in your postures, build strength and flexibility (mobility), body awareness, and build movement intelligence.
How do I do the Instagram challenge with this?
We start Feb 15 and go until Feb 28! 1) I will post the day’s activity based on the daily program in here, the night before each day. 2) YOU go to Playbook to take the class on the day-of the challenge. 3) After, you film a clip of the movement/transition we worked on to post to your Instagram feed and make sure you tag me @catvaladezyoga as well as the challenge hashtag #bendstronger, and all sponsors. 4) Message me on Instagram or here if you have any questions!
