Please let me introduce myself. My name is Carrie and years ago I began my fitness journey at the age of 14 when I asked my father to teach me how to start running for fitness. Along my journey, I joined the women’s intercollegiate rowing team at my college, had the opportunity to be be a graduate coach for the same team, earned my Master of Science degree in Exercise Science, ran several marathons, took up the sport of triathlon, taught myself to surf and then decided to become a police officer at the age of 34. As of now, the last sport I competed in was women’s body building in the bikini division. I competed in this sport for 5 years.
Throughout all of my fitness incarnations, my love for health and fitness has never ceased.
When I turned 45, I noticed that my body was starting to change. Despite working out consistently and eating right, I started to gain weight and I felt like I was losing control of my body. Because of this experience, I started a new journey of research and discovery that helped me take back control over aspects of my health and fitness.
Because of my own experience, struggles and journey, I now specialize in women’s fitness over the age of 45. I care deeply about my clients and I want to help others the way I was able to help myself.
I hope you enjoy your programs as much as I enjoyed creating them for you.
