I picked up a stick when I was 8 years old in my small hometown in Maryland and never looked back. The game has shown me the result of dedication, passion, and creativity, and continues to provide a relentless source of joy in my life. This app is designed to help you curate your training to improve your game. I encourage you to evaluate your play and watch film to make a plan for parts of your game you want to improve with these training blocks. Whether it's getting more comfortable in your off-hand, improving endurance, or building muscle, this app will help you achieve your goals. The content in this app is a culmination of all the tools of the trade I have learned in the past 16 years and counting. Each week you will see a new set of workouts added to the collections, ranging from wall ball to footwork, agility, and even nutrition plans. Plus, Caroline will walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Some you will need just your stick and a wall, while others you might need a footwork ladder. In any case, there are workouts with/ without equipment so choose the ones based on what you have access to! There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you grow your game.
