About the program

Hi & Welcome to your 12-week Postpartum Plan. I built this plan so mom's can feel strong from the inside out. My hope is that mom's (& dad's) put their health first in early parenthood. This plan will give you peace of mind during your fourth trimester. It's a roadmap with safe and effective exercises for every week over your 4th Tri that you can work on as you heal, recover and bond with your new baby.

    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
