Wow! Really tough one for my left arm today! I couldn’t do the side planks because side of my left shoulder. I will find another ab exercise to replace the side planks while my left shoulder is soooo sore! I’m adding more arm/shoulder stretching in before and after my workouts! πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺπŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ
