Wow! Really tough one for my left arm today! I couldnβt do the side planks because side of my left shoulder. I will find another ab exercise to replace the side planks while my left shoulder is soooo sore! Iβm adding more arm/shoulder stretching in before and after my workouts! ποΈββοΈπͺποΈββοΈπͺποΈββοΈπͺποΈββοΈπͺποΈββοΈπͺ

Loved it ! Having some minor issues w my door pulls ,pull ups etc , need to figure out a better set up for my suspension trainer
