Felt really hard today…. Very shaky arms when I did planks! Still being mindful of my left shoulder impingement which definitely limits me in going up
beyond 15 pounds for dumbbell bench presses (for now), but I’m still doing them!!! 💪🏋️♀️💪🏋️♀️💪🏋️♀️💪🏋️♀️
