Upped my weights…adjusted stance so squats don’t make my knees “twinge”….feeling my quads getting stronger!!! 🏋️‍♀️💪💪🥲🏋️‍♀️💪🏋️‍♀️💪🏋️‍♀️💪🏋️‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

The hardest workout of the week for me. My left quad is weaker but getting stronger. Split squats improved again so that’s a win!
