I took my time today with Squat Plate Press and BB Squats, thanking my body for the progression I developed in the last 3 weeks. I felt “sadness” as this was my last set with this particular sequence….Sitting in Gratitude for the ability to SQUAT like a BOSS!🎉🏋️♂️💪🙏🏻❤️🎼✅🫀
