On week 3 of block 1 and I haven’t missed a day! Increased my weight this week!

Able to increase weight for 2 sets then back to lower for 3rd. Arms like jelly!

Wow!!! Sore arms as I upped the weights! So grateful for the ab exercises….a weak spot of mine!!!
