It always amazes me how much I Love these workouts. And they can be hard! For some reason I find this Ap and Carolineβs plan something I can stick to. That says it all to me.
I switched to home workouts as I am traveling in Europe. Today I used concrete tile to replace 25 lb plate and had a pair of 25 DBβs!
Plus some chin ups on a tree branch π
