Was not sad to see this one finished 😰. Increased weight on a couple of lifts…paused squats & leg press.👍🏼

So glad to be back! I’m behind a week and a half bc of illness and traveling but this will not set me back… I’m moving forward… keep pushing it! Have lost 6 lbs so far since starting.
