Feeling guilty only did half the workout. Had bad flu for last two weeks and I felt so tired lifting weights today.

I love this workout! I finally feel good about the deadlifts. Leg curl question: is each set 24 reps (12 full curls and 12 of .5), or 12 total (6 of each). Thanks:) I’m oddly week on this one😜
