Wow!!!! My TRX-like straps arrived so I could do the pull ups!!! So exciting to start these!! I actually look forward to working out 🏋️♀️ because of all of the detail in Caroline’s instructions! There are last week many little nuances..things I never really “got” before! It makes me confident about building muscle! AND I really love seeing the weight I did
