B5W2D6 Workout done βœ… Bittersweet day milestone birthday 60 for me today but losing my nephew 5 weeks ago, I just want the day to pass by. However, I made a commitment to myself when I started this wonderful journey with Caroline and you ladies that I would stay the course so I got my strength and cardio training done.
