Had a hard time getting my heart rate up after a sleepless night. So maybe not cardio for the whole time but did my best.

Out for 21 minutes of cardio in the hills! Average pulse rate was 123!! Yay!

We just moved, and finally getting settled and unpacked, but 5 minutes from our house is a HUGE park with lots of walking trails. I’ve been using it almost daily, and its so nice to have so close!! 🙌❤️
