Yay! New day in new block done! My left shoulder is very sore so I kept the weights where I could still do the exercise. I wanted to do the shoulder exercises because my left shoulder always feels better afterwards! ποΈββοΈποΈββοΈππποΈββοΈποΈββοΈποΈββοΈπποΈββοΈπποΈββοΈπ
