    My name is Carolina Brearley. My husband and I have two kids: Sebastian, who is 8 years old, and Liliana, who is 5 years old. I have grown a successful YouTube channel while teaching local classes and being a stay-at-home mom. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
