This program is for ladies with experience strength training as well as working core/abs.The entire goal of this program progress week by week so you can close out the program feeling stronger, see those fine lines/definition & ultimately transform your back, arms, chest, shoulders & stomach!!
This progressive 4 week strength training program is simply 4 weeks. You have 3 weekly upper body/core workouts that are meant to help you progress week by week. Each workout has a specific emphasis on certain muscle groups so you can focus on improving your strength as well as progressing to more challenge moves & efforts so you can fully balance training your upper body. Each week is meant to intentionally challenge you, increase your reps/duration efforts so you can walk out of this program feeling your strongest self.
Day 1-MONDAYS: Shoulders & Back
Day2-WEDNESDAYS: Back, Chest, Biceps & Triceps
You will see more progressive moves from Phase 1 & working TTU=Time Under Tension & we will continue to perfect form & increase weight week over week.
Phase 3 Go Big: Final phase, designed to push you further than the previous phases. More intensive & technical moves, more EMOMs for day 2, TTU & some moves will alternate week by week. Your goal through this entire phase is to out do
