Yoga & Mindfulness

I am a Yoga Teacher, with a background in contemporary dance. Teaching group and private classes in NYC, leading International Yoga workshops and Yoga retreats. I am originally from Peru, I lived for more than a decade in Spain where I started my Yoga studies. I’ve been relocated to NYC since 2016, since then I have been deepen in the yoga Knowledge by the side of master Yogi Sri Dharma Mittra. I love to share my Yoga practice and all the benefits that this has brought to my life, as well as inspire and encourage others to keep up their personal practice. I also appreciate very much to be inspired by the yoga and healthy life style community. I am very positive, curious, enthusiast and creative person. I feel very honored and humble to be able to share my Yoga journey and teachings with practitioners from all around the world. I will do my best to provide an effective method, with a clear structure in order to help practitioners to reach the next level. I have learned from the Hatha Raja Yoga linage and Dharma Yoga linage. Also practiced different yoga styles, such as Vinyasa, Iyengar, Bikram, Jivamukti.
Goals
The goal is to provide the students with the variety of tools, of this ancient science, in order to help them to achieve radiant health comprehensively, increasing inner peace and mental clarity.
Training Requirements
A mat and comfortable clothes. For future classes bricks, straps, pillow and blanket.
Accomplishments
I am bachelor in Science of communication, with a background in contemporary dance. I worked as a dancer and as a photographer. I started my Yoga studies in 2011 I have three 500h Yoga TT completed. Two certifications from Spain in Hatha Raja Yoga and one certification from NYC in Dharma Yoga. Currently finishing 800h TT in Dharma Yoga.
