This program includes four workouts a week, following an upper/lower body split. Our focus will be building strength in our compound movements while having fun and reaching our goals. About the program

This is a 12-week intermediate/advanced program focused on building muscle and strength in the gym. You will complete four workouts a week following an upper and lower body split. Lots of emphasis will be placed on compound lifts, heavy weight, and long rest periods. Let’s get strong and build some muscle! 💪🏻

    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
