This program is designed for beginners to help them build a strong foundation to feel confident in performing various exercises and increasing their strength and endurance. This program will be 12 weeks in duration, and you will complete two workouts each week. The workouts will build upon each other as you go through each week and will increase in intensity and volume as your body adapts and is ready to take on additional challenges. Get ready to work!

About the program

This is a 90-day program focused on completely transforming you! If you are ready to lose body fat, build strength, and create healthier habits, then this program is for you! It’s broken up into three phases, each one building upon the next and will help you create a strong, healthy foundation that you can maintain for the rest of your life. This challenge is focused on beginners and will utilize both dumbbells and specific gym equipment.
