The CBFIT Daily Workouts drop 5 workouts each week -
•It is a 8 week body building workout that has 3 lifting days that implement progressive overload to ensure you build strength and muscle.
•You also have 2 cardio days. The cardio days are metabolic conditioning workouts. These will help to train your heart health and improve your endurance and stamina- through running, KBS, box jumps, powerlifting to bring out the athlete in you!
•Each workout includes a warm up, strength portion and “cash out” which is either a core finisher or quick cardio burst.
•These workouts are typically done in a gym but can be easily modified to do at home.
