About the program

The 2.0 Back to the Build program is the 2nd variation of this type of plan. It is designed to help maximize strength. Each variation has different workouts and different focuses to help give you multiple options. It follows a progressive overload system with five days of lifting a week and one hour of daily workouts. This is an 8 week program. The program includes demo videos with instructions and is designed to be done in a gym. The program is custom designed by Candice Bement drawing from many years of experience to help you reach your fitness goals.
