Get Strong

The 2.0 Back to the Build program is the 2nd variation of this type of plan. It is designed to help maximize strength from the comfort of your own home. Each variation has different workouts and different focuses to help give you multiple options. It follows a progressive overload system with five days of lifting a week and one hour of daily workouts. This is an 8 week program. The program includes demo videos with instructions and is designed to be done in a gym. The program is custom design

It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
