The CBFIT Daily At Home Workouts drop 3 workouts each week - It is a 8 week body building workout that has only 3 lifting days that implement progressive overload to ensure you build strength and muscle. This is for anyone that doesn’t have a lot of time to workout during the week, but wants to hit every muscle group throughout the week.
