What equipment do I need for your program?
A mat and some dumbbells! The weight will be dependent on where you are at in your fitness journey!
What makes this program different?
You workout WITH me. I didn’t want to give you a list of exercises to do, reps to count, or a timer to keep track of. You click play and I am coaching you though the whole workout and doing it with you!
What happens when the 6 weeks are over?
You can either repeat the program and use heavier weights OR continue on with the next program I launch! Each program has a purpose and it will build off the previous one. This ensures we are increasing the challenge on our bodies (progressive overload) so that we keep getting stronger!
