About the program

Welcome to your 6 week program. I designed this program with you in mind, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or you are looking for some fitness guidance. My program has been designed to guide you through exercises that will create a strong foundation, build strength gradually and help create habits that will be long term for your well-being. This will be a progressive program. Doing this will help you see your progress with your strength and endurance. Bonus: I will be with you every step of the way. We will have a private facebook group for accountability, motivation, to share our daily wins and maybe complaints/frustrations. About Camille Barnum

Fitness Trainer & Nutrition Coach

I am a 43 year old mom of 5 kids. I have had a passion for exercise and nutrition for the last 23 years. I wanted to help others with their overall health goals so began teaching HIIT & Functional fitness classes and then a year later started personal training. I have loved helping people on their fitness/nutrition journeys. It has taught me so much about the many different people and the walks of life they have been. I have built long lasting friendships and learned so much from them about life. I’m grateful that I have a body that can move but also all the many benefits that come from having a healthy lifestyle. That’s what I want people to learn, it’s mental, physical and emotional. I am a NASM personal trainer I am a NASM nutrition coach I want to offer strength training, functional fitness and HIIT. I want to offer programs for gym and home. I also want to offer nutrition coaching and just overall health tips.

Frequently asked questions

If I am new to the gym, is this program for me?
Yes! This is for any level, beginner to advanced. You go at your pace and lift the weight that pushes you. We can modify any of the exercises. Please email me anytime and/or ask questions in the private facebook group
Do I need access to a gym?
No, any of the exercises can be modified to be done at home. You will need some dumbbells. I also recommend a set of resistance bands but the bands aren’t required for this program.
Do I need to purchase equipment?

Does this program come with a meal plan?
This one doesn’t have a meal plan but I do have a Free Simple Meal guide with a few recipes and ideas you can follow! Link to download will be included in the program.
