Welcome to your 6 week program. I designed this program with you in mind, whether you are just starting your fitness journey or you are looking for some fitness guidance. My program has been designed to guide you through exercises that will create a strong foundation, build strength gradually and help create habits that will be long term for your well-being. This will be a progressive program. Doing this will help you see your progress with your strength and endurance.
