Barbell row.. Got up to 60kg good form Invested got up to 55kg Bent over.. Still weak x26kg Shrugs x2 18kg 30mins run 15min run at end of workout

Good. Found Bent over flys hard. 2x 6kg 10reps 4sets Shrugs x2 14kg 10rep 4sets Barbell row 50kg 10reps 4sets Supinated row 40kg 10rrp 4sets Worked with hook grip Kept rest to 45sec.
