Shoulders are literally so sore I probably won’t be able to raise my hands above my head for the next 2 days! It’s the higher reps and more sets that truly kill it! Love/hate relationship. 🙌🏼🔥

Loved this workout.. my arms were trashed, couldn’t lift them afterwards and had to recruit my wife in the shower to help wash my hair! 🙌🏻😜
