Wondering the difference between barbell row and bent over barbell row besides how much you bend at the waist? In the videos your palms are facing the same direction and the only difference I notice is the degree of bend at the hips? Barbell row’s directions say palms facing you but in the video they’re facing out? Just want to make sure I’m getting g the most out of this, thanks!
