I really liked this workout. One suggestion would be to give an alternative exercise. I just started so I can’t really do a pull up or an ab roll. Sounds terrible but I replaced with reverse flys and planks to still do something! Thanks so much for this, I think I’m really going to enjoy these workouts because I don’t have to think about what I’m going to do.

Awesome workout! I’m going to be toast tomorrow. I rarely work core into my daily routine (which needs to change) so I absolutely loved that!
