Hey y’all! My name is Caden and I’m always going to keep things real with you. I don’t like anything or anyone that’s fake so we shall not do that here.
A little about me you should know…I absolutely love working out and all things having to do with health, fitness, nutrition, personal development and overall well-being.
I grew up as an athlete, playing sports all the time. That love for being active and staying fit turned into my love for workouts, exercises, nutrition, etc. I’m a certified trainer but, more importantly, I’ve actually been doing everything I’ll share with you, for the last 7+ years.
There is a lot of information out there that I’m sure you’ve seen and maybe have tried to navigate your way through. It gets confusing, and if you’re just getting started or even if you’re a seasoned bodybuilder, sometimes you get lost in the crap.
Here, you’ll find easy-to-follow workouts, exercises and videos/explanations to make things easy on you. No more guessing, no more trial and error. Just follow along with these workouts and you’ll feel great.
One more thing, every workout posted is one that I’ve completed one or two days prior. I do this to make sure the workout is effective and works well before I share it with you because you deserve the best.
