Marathon Strength!

This is the full body program I am following to build Strength in my compound lifts and maintain aesthetics while working towards a 3:30-3:45:00 Marathon this May! I will be building out four week blocks at a time! This program will be designed for four days per week in the gym for the first month with three runs and occasional bike session. As I ramp up the volume on my feet, we will drop to three Full body days in the gym! I’m excited to get faster and stronger together!
