About the program

This 6-week Leg Growth guide is based off my personal leg training experience, gaining size and strength. I went from from the Johnny Bravo look (All Upper Body, No Legs) to a balanced physique, to maybe more legs than arms (oops). If your legs aren't growing, maybe you should step it up a notch. Don't forget legs, nobody likes a johnny bravo physique.

    If I have a question about the program itself, can I message you?
    Yes you can message me here on the app or on Instagram @byMGarcia, if you have a question about the program itself.
    Can this be repeated after the 6 weeks?
    There is a possibility you could do this program for another 6 weeks after, but by then there is also the possibility of your body being adapted to it. After 8 weeks of the same movements, fatigue and plateau can occur.
    What do I need to participate? Is this for anybody?
    * You need a gym membership that has standard workout equipment * A positive attitude and dedication to the program, this is a great all around program for anyone trying to get into fitness, getting back into it, in and out of your fitness journey, and someone who wants to go back to the basics. Those who like legs more than upper body can flip it around.
    Are there any modifications for the exercises?
    * Yes, If you need assistance modifying any workouts, send me a message in the app or on instagram @byMGarcia and I’ll be happy to assist with an alternative.
    I wouldn't need a coach after this right?
    Taking the idea of having a coach out of the picture is entirely up to you. The question you really have to ask yourself is, will you really hold yourself accountable without someone else? and then ask yourself how many times you said yes to that, and ended up never doing it. Not just in the physical, in all aspects. Nutrition, Studying, Form, exceeding limits you've put on yourself. How you do anything is how you do everything.
