What are the goals of this program? This is for whenever you are looking to slip in an upper body workout in your routine - there’s no structured order with these, you can just pick and choose depending on how you feel on the day:)
These are hypertrophy based, gym workouts, so you’ll increase muscle definition and overall muscle mass, creating a more toned upper body look
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? The workouts are designed for all levels
Beginners: go slow, use less weight, use longer rest periods, and focus on form
Advanced: increase weight, reps and reduce rest time as you progress
