What are the goals of this program? Get lean and burn fat

Make you feel awake and energized (a good way to start the day)
These are not programmed to be done in a certain order, you can slip them in around your other workouts for extra cardio and fitness.
Pick and choose which exercise you like the look of and go go go!
Are there any modifications for the exercises? Yes! All exercises can be modified, so if there is anything that causes discomfort etc. Just let me know (either through the app messaging section or via Instagram DM’s on @bwmnactive account)
Can I do this challenge at home? The majority of workouts require minimal equipment, so if you have some weights at home then yes, absolutely it can be.
For example, if you only had dumbbells but the exercise says to use a weight plate, you can just swap the weight plate and use what you have.
