Hi! I'm Rhiannon - a Pilates & Yoga Instructor, as well as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Trainer & busy mum just like you. I have 1 toddler & 2 bonus kids; 13 & 7, so I know what it feels like to genuinely have NO (or little) time for yourself! Especially if you're a mumma who puts everyone & everything else first. Sometimes, it's not always easy or possible to get to the gym with little ones (OR do a long 60 minute home workout - hello anxiety about all the washing staring at me) & you just need something short & sweet to do at home. I AM YOU. I have created this online studio so you can train just like me. All workouts are hard, fast & can be done in either 10, 15 or 20 minutes. Ladies, please know you don't need to do anything crazy to see results, you just need to be consistent. Pilates & Yoga are the ultimate combo, creating strength & length in your body to sculpt that feminine figure. Pilates & Yoga will transform your body & I can't wait for you to fall in love with these 2 practices.

I'm a beginner, is Busy Mum Club for me?
Yes! All fitness levels are welcome. There is a beginner section if you’d like to start there. From there you’ll be ready for the other sessions!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
All of the workouts within the Busy Mum Club can be done without equipment. However some workouts have the option of either 1kg dumbbells, ankle weights or a Pilates Ball. I recommend a good Yoga Mat so you’re nice and comfortable.
Can I do these workouts while pregnant?
Yes - BUT - once you hit the second trimester you need to make modifications to the workouts. Please send me a DM on Instagram or write in the community section so I can let you know how to modify to keep the workouts safe for Pregnancy.
