What’s Power Pilates?
Pilates, but with a serious upgrade. That’s Power Pilates. It takes all the core-strengthening, posture-improving goodness of traditional Pilates and turns up the intensity. Think dynamic flows, controlled movements, and that deep, muscle-burning kind of strength.
You’ll be working your whole body — glutes, legs, arms, abs — and yep, you’ll definitely break a sweat. But it’s low impact, so it’s kind on your joints while still giving you that strong, sculpted feeling. You leave feeling energised, powerful, and totally put together. It’s like a full-body reset, but spicy.
Each day you’ll receive a new workout. On day 5 there’s a bonus stretch class to include some active recovery. On day 6 you’ll receive a complete rest day! Rest is so important for your body to reap all the rewards of your hard work. After that, you’ll receive 4 more workouts!
