I remember when I first heard it: “You’re too busy now.” “Life gets in the way.” “You can’t train like you used to.” For a second, I believed it. But deep down, I knew I wasn’t done. I didn’t want to quit. I wanted to be ready — for life, for challenges, for whatever comes next. So I made a decision: Not to chase perfection. Not to live in the gym. But to train smart. Stay consistent. And build real strength — inside and out. That’s what BUILT is about. Simple training. Real results. A program that fits real life — not perfect conditions.

How much does the app cost?
You can join my app and community for free for the first 7 days. After that, you'll pay $24/month or $197/year. If this helps you achieve even 10% of what you hope if was worth it! But, we guarantee if you put in the work you'll get the results! You get access to endless health content every day for less than a cup of coffee!
Do I need to purchase equipment?
Not much. Most of the programs use just a pair of dumbbells and your body—that’s all you need to start seeing results. No fancy machines. No full gym. Just real training with simple tools. We also include programs that use barbells and squat racks if you’ve got access to a home gym or want to train heavier—but they’re totally optional.
What if I don’t have a lot of time to train?
That’s literally the point. Most of the workouts are under 30-45 minutes, and Gap Workouts range from 5–15 minutes. You’ll never need to block off your entire afternoon just to get results. Short doesn’t mean easy—it means efficient.
Is this for beginners?
This program isn’t designed for absolute beginners—but that doesn’t mean you need to be an elite athlete. If you’ve trained before, even inconsistently, and know the basics of lifting (push-ups, squats, lunges, etc.), you’ll be able to jump in and go. And if you’re new but ready to learn and push yourself? You’ll be fine. Just go at your pace—we’ve got you.
What if I miss a day or fall off track?
Then you get back to it. No shame, no guilt spirals. The system is built with flexibility—so missing a day doesn’t mean starting over. It just means you’re human. Get back in and keep moving with a GAP workout or pick up where you were!
Is there nutrition help included?
Yes. You’ll get access to ongoing nutrition tips, hacks, and strategies—nothing extreme, nothing overcomplicated. Just tools that help you eat better without losing your mind (or your weekend)
