Do I need to purchase equipment? Not much. Most of the programs use just a pair of dumbbells and your body—that’s all you need to start seeing results. No fancy machines. No full gym. Just real training with simple tools.
We also include programs that use barbells and squat racks if you’ve got access to a home gym or want to train heavier—but they’re totally optional.
What if I don’t have a lot of time to train? That’s literally the point. Most of the workouts are under 30-45 minutes, and Gap Workouts range from 5–15 minutes. You’ll never need to block off your entire afternoon just to get results. Short doesn’t mean easy—it means efficient.
This program isn’t designed for absolute beginners—but that doesn’t mean you need to be an elite athlete. If you’ve trained before, even inconsistently, and know the basics of lifting (push-ups, squats, lunges, etc.), you’ll be able to jump in and go. And if you’re new but ready to learn and push yourself? You’ll be fine. Just go at your pace—we’ve got you.
